What if I want to add or remove users?
You can add or remove users within the application too. We’ll just adjust your payment pro-rata following the change.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Salesformics requires no minimum commitments. You can decide to pay month-by-month or pay for a year up front in return for one free month of usage. If you cancel you’ll only be billed according to your monthly or annual charge, and you won’t be billed again.
How reliable and secure is Salesformics?
Salesformics sits on platforms, housed in Europe, that have achieved ISO 27001 certification and that have been validated as a Level 1 service provider under PCI-DSS. The application is fully encrypted for extra security.
What are my payment options?
Our payments are handled through Stripe. We do not store any of your card details at Salesformics or on our servers. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
